If it was one of the well-established reputable banks, I'm sure the bank ended up paying. They guarantee donors in writing that they won't release identifying info without the donor's permission. In this case, the bank apparently failed to hold up its end of the contract, creating a slam-dunk case for the donor -- probably settled with him out of court, since they would have been wasting their money trying to fight him in court.

I am of the opinion that dsperm banks are just as immoral,if not more so,than any other unmarried sez act.Probably worse because of the cold calculating way of procreating.AT least with atual phyical presence there is the chance for emotional engagement .

In my kingdom both abortion clinics and sperm banks would be illegal.
