Not really. All packages are examined very carefully, for obvious reasons. Very shortly, the plan would be discovered, and the intended recipients would never see the packages.

A well-written letter would be a far better idea. And I don't mean some cut-and-paste job from some web site. If you want to influence a legislator, you need to write the letter yourself, and you need to be a constituent.

This brick thing is just a prank, and will be completely ignored.

They'll form a comittee to study the bricks and devise a removal solution. It'll wind up costing us $23 Billion for some pork-belly brick-removal bill.
