California did that with 187. A Leftist Judge just decreed it Unconsitutional. One of the reason the Donner party Freepers are so stupid. They are activly working for Democrats who appointed that Judge.

California did that with 187 I know that's true and that's where things started to go off the track. That was a Federal Judge. You say FReepers are working for this judge? For what? Dog-catcher? Now that's a crime and that makes me angry. Because doing away with public benefits will serve more purpose (and save more money) than any fence will build.
