You're right that there's always the chance Hefner will repent on his deathbed. But I consider that possibility highly unlikely, given how brazen he remains even in old age. Hefner appears totally unconflicted about his life's work and his legacy. The fact that he could blithely leave the mother of his two young sons a few years ago when Viagra came back on the market -- no joke! -- indicates what a horrible person he is. It's one think to be a sexual degenerate, but to walk out on your children? Unfathomable.
