FWIW, from what I have read, there were NO (none) "male fluids" or any other evidence of recent sexual activity uncovered during her exam.
DNA tests don't require the presence of semen. And again, NONE was found -- of the party-goers or others(AFAIK).

Good observation on the (no male fluids), but there's a story out there somewhere as to where that was oppositely stated 2 days or more previous. So, my question: Who is telling the truth in the DA's office? I'm trying to find the quotes to back that up......so, exactly how does it get determined 'recent sexual activity'? Cut marks, scrapes and bruises?
