Of course..this is his opportunity to show teh black community that he isnt a racist. The guilt or innocence of these players is nothing compared to his political future and his reelection bid. This is a high profile race case..too much publicity to just drop it.

I completely agree with your post. Both my children attend an out of town college; however, they are registered to vote here at home. This DA had made a political determination - pander to the folks who can vote. To me, he has tainted the case and jury pool from the onset of the investigation and done irreparable damage to the University and its students.
