Ah I see where you are going. New Orleans had hundreds of buses that leadership did not see fit to help those who could not flee on their own flee. Then there was a segment that could flee and chose NOT to flee, it was not as though there was NO warning. Sad yes, but reality of doing things man's way was revealed.

Actually I meant that New Orleans didn't have enough righteous people in the city to do the right thing, and so the city couldn't be saved.
