If Perot did not run and GHWB won. Do you think that the Republicans would have won the House and Senate in '94?

Just curious, because if you're answer is no then you didn't waste your vote. It served a purpose

If GHWB had won in 1992, there still would have been a very ambitious man named Newt Gingrich in the House. Gingrich was a man on a mission, and the presence of GHWB wouldn't have stopped him one bit.
