I don't see any reason to fear the evolutionists. I have faith in the Creator.

So do I and I don't fear them because
"Greater is he that is me than he that is in the world"
But they are allowed freedom here that no one else
seems to privileged too. I have been here quite a while
and plan to stay for a lot longer.
I love FR and what it stands for.
My suggestion to everyone would be to let them have
their threads and don't argue are try to presuade
or convince them. Just save that breath and blow
your coffee with it.
Thanks for allowing me to get this off my chest.

What "freedom" are evolutionists supposedly allowed that no one else seems privileged with?

I try to use the evolutionist's posts as an opportunity to express my views, that the Living God not only created the Heavens and the Earth, but that He is powerful and awesome enough to speak it all into existence. I love the way Jim allows all but the really lousy stuff to stand on FR - quieting peoples' opinions just masks what is out there and a free exchange of thoughts and ideas allows for a much more interesting set of "conversations". When the evos speak their minds, it should serve as notice that there are many who have not received the Gift of the Cross, and it is the believers' job to try to remedy that - you don't know who to work on if they get muzzled.

Same with all the issues - look at how the illegal immigration deal has ballooned out to a thousand different sides and even turned many Freepers against the Prez, when he is just trying to get at least a start on the problem, that has a chance of getting through the Congress. It should be obvious to all, by now, that it is the Congress that won't allow any substantial reform to happen and that it even goes so far as to try to punish those in the INS that would have the nerve to try to enforce the current laws.

God Bless

What is it that someone who believes in evolution is allowed to do on Free Republic that a Creationist isn't allowed to do???

Your comment makes no sense.

Do you honestly think that only those who believe the entire universe was created in 7 days are allowed to express their views here?
