You're welcome - since you admit the President did not use the word "Minutemen", there is at least some doubt as to whether he was referring to said group, or, as the question asked, those "hunting migrant people along the border" - I believe his spokesman made it clear the President was NOT referring to the Minutemen Project specifically. YMMV : )
I saw the press conference. The questioner included the Minutemen name in the question. Bush knew exactly what he was saying.
