Hey Mike! I was just yesterday wondering what had happened to you. Sorry to hear about the funerals. They do seem to happen in bunches. Agree about the crevo arguments. It just seems that those are arguments that should be confined to religion threads. The arguments intrude on too many threads that have no relation to that issue and yes, they are way too nasty. Our Lord would not be happy with the way some choose to defend His glory. You and I are on opposite sides of the issue and I don't think that has ever caused us any problem.

BTW, Jim needs to do this more often. He has a way of putting things in perspective very nicely. Vote conservative whenever and wherever the opportunity presents. I voted for a Dem. for governor of WV in the last election. He was more conservative than the Rep.

And this is where we diverge. :-) Crevo threads usually end up the way they do because a few fanatics here in FR have a problem with new scientific findings that furthers the theory of evolution. Almost always these are science threads that quickly degenerate into Crevo arguments when certain folks come onboard the thread to either, yell we are clueless, or atheists, or white collar welfare, it's only a "theory", etc. It would be nice if just once we could discuss the SCIENCE without someone yelling we are all spawns of Satan.
