CAFTA is for open borders. With the eminent domain laws coupled with CAFTA we are sunk as a nation. According to CAFTA, we have to treat any foreigner coming to the U.S. just like he is an American citizen. A foreigner will also have the right to seize your property if he wants it to make money.
