I just recently had to fill out a 13 page security check form, along with fingerprints, and a copy of my birth certificate, for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, (all volunteer, i.e. no pay) You're my hero!

Jeez, I get perturbed when I call various utilities and have to "press 1" to speak to someone in my native language!! Or when I buy a product that requires assembly, and they waste so much space on the "Espanol" that the English directions are absolutely senseless!!!
