Mexico already tried communism back in their 1917 revolution, and it failed so miserably that the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) ultimately regressed to the traditional-style corrupt feudalism prevalent throughout the Latin-American world. The concept of economic and political freedom through the inalienable rights with which our Creator endowed each individual remains confined almost exclusively to the Anglosphere--Britain, America, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and various other countries that have received extensive guidance from the foregoing (such as Japan and Germany).
But the Mexicans are fleeing a relatively successful country in the scheme of world affairs largely because it has (at least in the northern states) abandoned many communistic vestiges and begun to adopt capitalism and prosper. Its citizens flee northward because Mexico remains deeply corrupt and riddled by criminal gangs including narcoterrorists. But many Mexicans, especially in the southern states, remain enslaved to unflinching communistic economic policies. In a few southern states, even persecution of Christians occasionally flares. (Mexico persecuted Catholics extensively in the decades following the Communist revolution but scaled back the assault on the Church to quell the popular Christero rebellion.) The Mexican government nevertheless still exercises communistic control over large sectors of the economy, greatly hindering the prosperity of the Mexican people.
Communism will not cure Mexican ills; it only exacerbates the problems and returns the country to its worst years of discontentment and rebellion.

What you type could be correct, but I believe in the spirit of America, and I believe in the spirit of Americans. When the going becomes tough enough, and we as a nation may be headed there, I am an optimist and still believe this nation's people will refuse to disarm. If this nation does disarm, then all bets are off, and I shall have no choice but to say to you, "68 grunt you are / were completely correct."

How does one foment a revolution in Mexico along the lines of the American revolution against the British Crown?
How do Mexicans become property owners without getting their hands dipped in the blood of their Patrones?

Spanish language TV and radio stations are using our airwaves to incite an overthrow of the U.S.and I think it is part and parcel of a Communist Rev. part II in Mexico.!

This may not have anything to do with Russia directly, but the post here is important to national security and Mexico represents a large market for Russian weaponry.

I've been thinking for a little while that Venezuela is in cahoots with Mexico in trying to destabilize our economy, our sovereignty, and our unity as an American people, modeling on the Zimmerman Telegram of 1917.

"Chavez is probably absolutely delighted he has all these illegals who are faithful to mexico living in this country are even demonstrating against us. They have taken over our streets again and again and again!
Chavez has a ready made army located right here with more flooding in like a cat5 every day and he doesn't have to do to much to get the socialists here and demonstrating to fight us for total control."
And the Russians have plenty of weapons to arm them with.
To: Thunder90
I also forgot to say that it represents a place for Russia to base IRBM's and for importing suitcase nukes and Spetsnaz into our country. Same for the Chinese.

This doesn't sound all that bad to me. We'd finally get an oportunity to close the damn border and if the Mexican economy can't be productive with a "capitalist" economy it doesn't have a prayer with the commies in charge.
To: BellStar
The communist movement in venezuela has two sources, and thus the Mexican one has them as well. The sources are the obvious one... China, and the not so known but still threatening one...Russia.

If Mexico goes down the Venezuela route America is going to have to intervene militarily. A lot of nations are questioning America's will, and testing us. Especially with the democrats being solidly pro-Chavez, pro-Castro, and pro-Islam.
Its better to deal with these marxists early on, before they get entrenched in power.

(The Grizzly Bear is a symbol of Russia, and the Panda is one of the symbols for China)

The Russians will then want Alaska back, and the Midwest for that matter. The Chinese would want the west coast, and the Cubans and Venezuelans would want the Southeast

We think similiar.
The USA border would be pushed back to the Mississippi, maybe the Ohio river.
