The DA has said he is moving forward with the case. Don't confuse him with the facts. My suggestion is that the attorneys for the DUKE players immediately put Henry Lee on retainer and tell the DA to bring it on.

Nope. It sounds like "little miss wonderful" saw what she perceived to be a bunch of rich boys and decided to get a few million out of them. Extortion, intimidation?? Whatever, it didn't work. I'll bet you that she will still file a civil action and hope the "boys" will pay off to get it over with. Pathetic.

She did manage to destroy the Coach who was forced to resign because of her fraudulent report and the fact that the season was canceled.
He should be reinstated along with a full and public apology. This PC crap has GOT to stop.
The season should be back on schedule as well after an apology to the players as well.
If this does not happen both the administrator who made this idiotic decision as well as the school should have their sorry asses hauled into Court at once.
