You are most likely incorrect. The woman in the Bryant case had dna from Mr. Bryant. She also had dna from another person thought to be her boyfriend. The way the court documents used variables to identify the sources of dna on her, IT IS VERY LIKELY SHE ALSO HAD A THIRD SOURCE OF dna ON HER PERSON.

You will notice that this matches WHAT I SAID. That is two maybe three samples of dna on her person.

Now you are fighting a losing battle with that accuser. But since you want to bring her behavior into evidence, the court documents also suggest that she either went and had with another man after having sex with Mr. Bryant and then concocted the whole I was raped give me money scheme or she was raped and then went and had sex with another man. And there is the where did that possible third sample of dna come from problem for you too? You will find all those feminazis you are siding with against Mr. Bryant are on record claiming that a woman NEVER would want to go have sex after being raped.

"Sorry to offend Lacrosse lovers, but I just don't see you people setting up another schools Lacrosse team.

I didn't mean to imply that I was a Lacrosse fan. I have NEVER EVEN SEEN A LACROSSE GAME, and I couldn't tell you ANYTHING about it, even with a loaded pistol aimed at my head !!!

However, I DID mean to imply that soccer TOTALLY SUCKS !!!!!

OBTW, Go MLB St. Louis Cardinals 2006 !!!

And, of course, soccer fans WOULD MOST DEFINITELY riot, set up another team with a hooker, whatever it took... in other countries anyway.

I'm into basketball a little right now because the Mavs are doing great. Baseball, might go to a few games but won't get interested until way down the line (and the Rangers are having their usual egregious start)

But Football's the sport. Go Cowboys. I'm sure T.O. is totally reformed by now.

What I am trying to point out is the double standard in these two cases based upon race. In fact, the "feminazis" (who I don't side with)never took up the cause of Kobe's victim (black on white crime you see), whereas all the liberals are out gnashing their teeth over the evil white boys at Duke. I have seen a number of rallys and protests at Duke over this incident...I don't remember any protests outside of Kobe's home or candle light vigils in support of Kobe's accuser. In fact, Kobe's accuser received death threats. Its about race and nothing more. If the Duke lacrosse team had been an all black basketball team and the "victim" was a white prostitute there would be all sorts of rallys supporting the basketball team. This would be especially true at this juncture where the DNA match comes up negative. But, because they are rich white kids, and the accuser is black, nobody will support them and the prosecutor will continue his witch hunt. It is interesting that you immediately trash Kobe's accuser as a slut, but make no mention of the fact that the Duke boys accuser works for an escort service. This is typical of the double standard that has played out in the liberal media with regard to these two cases. P.S.-- I would appreciate a citation on the three different DNA results in the Kobe case. Everything I read says one, other than Kobe.

Take a look at this.... ------------------------------------------------

Alleged Duke Lacrosse rape victim once stole a car, led police on high speed chase while intoxicated

Allegations made by a woman who told police that she was gang-raped by three Duke University men's lacrosse athletes have raised questions about the character, credibility and behavior of all those involved.

The severity of the allegations raises questions about each individual involved in the events that transpired on March 13 and March 14, including the alleged victim.

New information about the victim has been divulged, concerning charges arising from an incident that occurred several years ago. According to a 2002 police report, the woman, currently a 27-year-old student at North Carolina Central University, gave a taxi driver a lap dance at a Durham strip club. Subsequently, according to the report, she stole the man's car and led deputies on a high-speed chase that ended in Wake County.

Apparently, the deputy thought the chase was over when the woman turned down a dead-end road near Brier Creek, but instead she tried to run over him, according to the police report.

Additional information notes that her blood-alcohol level registered at more than twice the legal limit.

In spite of that incident, her attorney at the time, Woody Vann, asserts that what happened then should not cause people to question her character now. He said she is a decent and credible human being.

"She took the car in what we've categorized in the past as a joyride," Vann said.

Vann also said that the allegations that that his former client was trying to hit the sheriff's deputy were in error, and that she was merely trying to turn around. The case was resolved when she admitted she made a mistake, paid restitution and served probation and some jail time.

Actually the prosecutor in Co. v. Bryant held public events with women's activist groups who loved him for going after Mr. Bryant. This to me is like the DA in the Durham case going to UNC-Central to have a press conference today.

But I also agree with you that this case has its differences from the Bryant case. I think this is really part of an on going war whose last big battle was a University of Colorado. The we hate the jocks and men in general gang view such events as an opportunity to smear athletes and sports in general. That most of these guys were white was just a bonus to the usual we hate America all its institutions gang at Duke.

In some sense Duke deserves it. Duke though some in authority there do not understand it is an American insitution. They hire these anti-American types and then get what they deserve.

Let me ask you, if you were the parent of a good athlete who was also a good student would you let them go to Duke? I wouldnt. Depending on the sport I would send them to Florida, Notre Dame, etc. I am not sure about Michigan, but I know I would suggest they not consider Stanford [despite all its directors cups], Cal-Berkley, etc. I would not be surprised if the men's basketball began a long slide as a few players here or there steered clear of them each year.

Some materials used in the production of condoms are identified in this article: http://www.infoforhealth.org/pr/m19/m19chap6.shtml

I'd suggest you'all are certifiably ignorant.
