Americans: Can you say third world nation?
When they succeed in destroying our hospital system and the rest of our infrastructure, we will have an enormous spike in the tax rate. Prop 13 in California will be killed. We will have socialized medicine. Southern California will join Mexico as a third world hellhole. We are watching it happen in real time and seem powerless to stop it.

As much as I am not a fan of Mexico's government, we only have our own government to blame for this debacle. As you know Doug, George Putnam has been hammering this issue for thirty years, and nobody would do a thing about it. Now the chickens are coming home to roost, and I don't see anything but a disaster, or God's Kingdom, changing the course of this doomed trajectory of lawlessness. Hopefully the latter will prevail before the former.
The pollos are coming home to roost, indeed.
