What's the percentage of Hispanics (legal) in the US? IIRC, in 2000 was about 12%.

now what happens when the GOP wins 65% of the white vote, 10% of the black vote and 30% of the hispanic vote:

They get 44.5% of the vote. BTW only Nixon in 1972 ever got 65% of the white vote.

the GOP will ned to win nearly 45% of the hispanic vote in coming years and at least 60% of the white vote (GHW Bush got only 58% of the white vote in 1988)
