Other crimes including common assault, threatening behavior, sex with an underage girl or boy, and car theft should normally be dealt with by a caution, if the offenders admit their guilt but have no criminal record.Amazing - it seems one could become a career criminal and never have a record because he got nothing but cautions when caught....

Sounds like it is a free for all for criminals.
And the restrictions on firearms were supposed to make Brits safer.
Liberals: take away a persons' ability to defend themselves and then tell the court system and police to not defend the same. Wonderful.
