You have go that right. Here in Oregon, you don't have to worry about getting a drivers license, the state DOES NOT VERIFY SSN'S! So literally you, yes YOU can go into the DMV here and pretend not to speak English, give some number that you make up and get a Driver's license. So I suppose if you are looking to change your identity, just come to Oregon. The Dims that run and HAVE run this state for decades now have made it real easy for criminals of all kinds to get ID's.
