Bush having an incoherent policy has nothing to do with Bill Clinton.

I don't know that I want to "kill them all" but if I did at least it would be a policy.

Bush killing them by day and kissing their ass by night is not a policy.

I'm sorry, but what is a DECRESS? And violance, what is that. If you expect someone to understand you, you need to spell them correctly. I live in Britain, and we have a government-funded media (BBC) and they're also saying that there may be a de-facto civil war in Iraq. I'm much more inclined to believe that than you. And I voted Labour (i.e. Tony Blair's party, though he's stepping down soon) in the last election, so don't go calling me a democrat troll etc.

All of that data is for US and British military and Iraqi Police and "Military" only. It says nothing of civilian deaths whatsoever. And the Iraqi Police deaths haven't declined significantly. Just because fewer American and British soldiers are being killed doesn't make it more peaceful; it merely means the violence is being targeted elsewhere. Look at the numbers of IEDs and bombs - they are still high.
