They can register in WI all they have to do is fill out a registration form...they need no ID,No Drivers license,no SSN, just 'a name' and 'an address'...thththththats all folks...

Here are the voter registration requirements for all 50 states.
link Last time I moved, I registered with a utility bill that proved I lived at a given address and signed a form that "affirmed" I was a US citizen. No actual proof was required.
When I voted, I verbally gave my name and they confirmed that name was on the precinct list.
