Whether it be an allegation of improper documentation, overstaying an agricultural visa, seeking employment with a tourist visa, or the horrific sin (and outright treason) of converting from an educational to a NAFTA status; jdm will adjudicate, convict, and sentence half a million Texans from the confines of his comfy couch. Simply because some number of them committed a civil infraction. When was the last time half of a million people assembled anywhere else in the world, and there was not a riot?
