Yeah, but they'll never go after Hollywood. They know how their bread is buttered.
(I am assuming this isn't sarcasm...)
They actually go after Hollywood a good deal: they had a terrific show dystroying Barbara Streisand, another recent episode going after Tom Cruise, etc.
Also, several times celebreties have come to them asking to do special guest voices (like is often done in the Simpsons). According to one interview, Trey and Matt give them obscure, nothing parts (they wanted one star to be "Turkey #21" for a Thanksgiving episode...they made George Clooney play a gay dog, etc.). So...hollywood doesn't get any respect either, thank goodness.

Don't forget all the Hollywood stars they tore apart, sometimes literally, in Team America (to my great satisfaction). I'm thinking some people here are watching another show or have not watched South Park at all.

George Clooney is a huge supporter of the show. It was his distribution of T&P's original XMAS short (via bootleg tapes - PIRACY!) that helped them get their deal with Comedy Central.
I saw this last eipsode as an allegory - going after parent company Paramount for caving in to Tom Cruise and the Scientologists over re-airing the 'closet' episode.
