Thanks AB!
Hey, Joe Wilson, your're 15 minutes of fame are long gone! Go Home!!!
It's true. Can you even imagine who the stiff competitors were? LOL
Weekend programming bump, hi Miss Marple.
I am switching to MTP on my local channel. I will make this sacrifice to see which Tim is going to interview old horse-face.
Frightening ;-)
UH-oh. Serious Tim is showing up on the preview. However, I can't tell if he is serious because of Bush bashing or serious because he's after Kerry. Stay tuned.
Will any of the "sharpest knives in the journalistic drawer" ever mention the meeting John Kerry "convened" in Al Franken's upper west side NY apartment in December of 2003 when Kerry was dead last in the Dem primary race and Howard Dean led all Dem candidates by double digits?
Kerry pledged to renounce his vote and his support for the Iraq War in exchange for the media's destruction of Howard Dean and the promotion of Kerry's candidacy.
Jeff Greenfield, Howard Fineman, Jonathan Alter, representatives from network and cable tv, Time, Newsweek, the Nation, The New Yorker, gave Kerry another opportunity to betray our country and our troops and Kerry grabbed it.
And all through the Dem primary these people wrote and appeared on tv screens daily "reporting" on a race that they had already fixed.
Did Russert know of the meeting? A representative of NBC news was there. Did this meeting and what transpired influence Russert's interviews with Howard Dean and Kerry during the primary campaign?
A meeting of journalism's power players with a candidate who goes from dead last at the time of the meeting to front runner in three months would have historic significance. Why has this meeting been kept a secret by the participants?
Google: The Trial of John Kerry by William Rivers Pitt.
Im hoping for a running commentary, as I have no access to a TV..
Thank you Miss Marple, I cannot stomach fat Tim anymore. I will watch CNN and Reliable Sources in the place of MTP. FNS coming up here in a few minutes. Good show on CSPAN right now with Rick Scarborough. Some woman just called in and blasted CSPAN, Washington Journal, for being so liberal! Go Girl!!!
Great point. The same thing happened with Bob Dole. He's a good guy but the "it's his turn" mantra was poorly done and the vote was depressed. IF McCain were to get the nomination, I cannot envision how that would get out the vote to support him, and Republicans will lose due to low voter turnout.
Good news. Brit's filling in for Wallace.
Morning, Morgan!
Brit Hume hosting instead of Wallace!!!!
I have more work to do with that girl. She is too trusting of the media.
Im handicapped on this thread by not being able to watch..
Why are we reading in the media about military plans being drawn against Iran??
I have noticed that Tancredo, Cheney, Bush, Rice they all go to CBS. WHY?
I will provide the running commentary, but you will have to wait an hour. Due to Indiana having instituted Daylight Savings Time I will have to wait an hour. MTP used to come on at 9AM here, but now we are getting it at 10.
