Special Counsel Patrick J. Fitzgerald said in the filing that Libby testified before a grand jury that he was authorized by Bush, through Cheney, to leak information from the intelligence estimate.

Fitzzzzzz is a jackass if he made the statement that it was a leak. The President or VP can not be accused of a leak. They have the Constitutional Authority to disclose any material including classified. Also the President or VP has the authority to direct any employee to dislcose any material and is once again not a leak. This proves that Fitzzzzzz is a stone nut.
