McCain is dead to us. I can honestly say that there are a few Democrats that I would vote for before I voted for John McCain. Besides, what guarentees do Republicans have that McCain won't split and form a third party if he doesn't get the nomination?

I actually think we would be better off with a Democrat in the White House than McCain. With a Democrat, we can always snipe at him/her - It's all Hilliary's fault. It's all Kerry's fault.
With McCain it's a lose-lose situation.
