"Latino" or "Hispanic" is a little too broad brush.
Cubans tend toward conservative and Republican (anti-Castro) and do not generally get along too well with the other groups.
Puerto Ricans tend to look down on Mexicans and other Latin Americans, so may be expected to oppose illegals from those areas.
All the Mexican natives I know do not believe there should be any border control at all. (BTW, most of these are US citizens or married to US citizens and none are illegals AFAIK.)
I have not discussed the topic with the only Ecuadorean I know, but he is very liberal overall.
Cubans get along with everyone.
We just know we are superior.
