Folks broke the law and the house has it right. Punish them. Do not expect this to blow over as it has so many times before. This time it just isn't going to happen.
It is implausible to say that making a law after the fact can see those that took an act prior to the law can be punished for it. Delay is a great example. That isn't gonna fly clawrence. Neither will this amnesty attempt.
