When a law is broken a criminal is made. Changing the law so that what they did was not a criminal act is hardly something that could be called constitutional.

Unless of course you care to have ALL laws be retroactive in that way.

Care to try again?

Nope - I'll stick with the Senate version, and once it gets passed, good luck with declaring it unconstitutional in the SCOTUS : )
