No roof repair yet. Temp has to be warm for extended period of time. So, we have tar paper. I feel left out that we never got the FEMA blue roof. Across the street, they are beginning to brick the house that had to be rebuilt from gound up-in middle of house.

Biggest problem is I am still waiting for the dirt that will be spread over where the up-rooted stumps were ground up. Then, I'm getting the grass seed blown on.

Everything goes slowly when so many are in line to get same services.

This hurricane mess has been a real experience--especially for us because it has never happened here before. We were always an evacuation point for people from the coast.

Sadly, we lost both the pine and the dogwood that the squirrels played in--gave Weinie fits because our den windows looked out on both.
