Frist is moving again for unanimuous consent for only 3 amendments, but Reid is stopping it again.

Which means that Reid wasn't going to allow a vote on the Kyl amendment or the other three. My guess is Frist won't support cloture tomorrow, which will effectively kill the "No Illegal Alien Left Behind Act" (assuming at least 29 Republicans join Frist in opposing cloture, which is likely). The cloture vote tomorrow morning is huge: Approximately 9:35am. "Senators can expect a busy and full day," says Senator Frist.

That's 39, and I hope they have them.

Its a done deal. Its going pass the Senate. I wish conservatives would filibuster it to death but the votes are there for cloture. The worst thing about this so-called "compromise" is it provides only the PROMISE for a border wall and future enforcement. When even RINO Hugh Hewitt says this is a very bad bill, no kidding. This is hispandering taken to the max.
