I stumbled and did build my first computer. Talk about being limited. It had an 8088 processor, MS DOS, 8K memory, 20MB hard drive, with 31/2 and 51/4 floppy drives. I must admit, I was surprised the dumb thing worked on the first try. That didn't last very long, before I got into a much larger computer. Look how far we've come in such a short period of time.
Good for you! Even a "Building Computers for Dummies" book wouldn't help me, lol.
Maybe I titled that book wrong...or maybe right!
