As to time travel, there are already lab experiments trying to move subatomic particles through time, and this may soon be considered routine.

I am sure as long as there are suckers (i.e. the US taxpayers) willing to fund such experiments that there will be no shortage of people willing to try to achieve time travel. Doesn't matter that it is impossible in our physical realm, it will be tried never the less for something much more practical, money.

I not saying in the supernatural realm that time travel is impossible, (e.g. God can freely visit any point in time that he chooses) but it is in our realm, and it always will be.

time travel impossible in our realm

Here is one article that summarizes some scientific thoughts on the subject:

There is nothing anti-religious about "time travel". I am confident that future theologians will have no problem dealing with such matters.

Remember that we are talking about sub-atomic particles here--and utilizing them to communicate across time. This is not the HG Wells conception of some guy flying through time in a machine of some sort.

Every religion I know acknowledges that there are many aspects of the universe that we do not understand.

Each new scientific development need not undermine religion--it just means that our universe is more complex than was thought by previous generations.
