The Mexican border and all the problems that entails will trump any proper future govenment activites on a range of issues.. including the War with Islam.. A Balkanized U.S. will hamstring any proper response to most any problem..
Illegals can and WILL vote with some decent ID easily gotten on the street.. Federal government has never worked well even without all the current problems.. And when federal government exacerbates the problems and encourages new ones.. Devolution will be result.. Devolution of what?.. Devolution of the Republic.. into a mere democracy..
