Hmmmmmm, maybe not. There's lots and lots of really bad guys in prisons (/sarc) just waiting for this scumbag to show his face. And the guys on the chain gang don't play tiddly-winks. Things might get hot in prison---and it won't be from putting Tabasco sauce on his enchilada.
You might be right, but then again there are many tattooed M-13 guys in prison that will welcome him into the fold.
