Under the McMcain-Kennedy amnesty bill, this scoundrel will be eligible for citizenship too. Interestingly, this bill does not exclude murderers and rapists and offers them residentship and citizenship too.
I am sure the free market/open border/pro-criminal alien crowd is collecting money for this criminal's defense at this very moment.
