That's a tough one. I can see both sides. I gotta come down on the side of the baby though. If my father committed murder and I was totally innocent, I wouldn't want him to get off scott free and for me to get the death penalty. Speaking as an adopted child, there is no law saying that you have to keep the child.

Indeed. A pregnant minor, particularly one who did not willingly engage in the act that lead to pregancy, is not the way it should be and is most regrettable. That said, a child should not be sentenced to death for the sins of the father. And to have a minor child to have to live with the rest of her life that she allowed her son or daughter to be destroyed is a huge burden to bear and will never erase the rape.

Yes, even if she is that young. It would be hypocritical of me to say it would be OK to destroy the life of the preborn, just as innocent as a preborn of an adult woman.

My views fall where president Bush views this issue. I'm against abortion except in the instances of rape and incest and the health of the mother.
