Thank you for the information and the links. I have no reason to dispute the idea that Atta was in Prague. I don't know of any information that puts him anywhere else, and there is no argument that he wasn't there in 2000.

If you put the Iraq regime's solicitation of suicide pilots in March of 2001 together with Atta's being present in Prague in April of 2001, quite a picture emerges. Radio Liberty (sorry, I incorrectly identified it as Voice of America in an earlier post) in Prague was certainly an "American interest" which Saddam would have wanted to attack.

MAY +/- 2001, four months before 9/11 : (ISLAMIC ASSEMBLY OF NORTH AMERICA'S WEBSITES REPORTEDLY POST RANTS ADVOCATING SUICIDE BOMBINGS & USING PLANES AS 'CRUISE MISSILES' AGAINST BUILDINGS IN ORDER TO STRIKE AT THE ENEMY'S VITALS) A close affiliate of Syracuse-based Help the Needy is the Michigan-based Islamic Assembly of North America, a charity with which it shares members, officers and Web registrars. Some four months before 9/11, the assembly's sites allegedly posted death screeds that advocated suicide mega-bombings and the flying of airplanes into buildings in order to "demolish a center vital to the enemy or its military forces." - "Upstate charity tied to illegal Iraqi cash: Feds say N.Y. group laundered millions," by DOUGLAS FEIDEN, New York Daily News, April 6, 2003
