You never heard of a clitorectomy?
The girls clitoris is removed, cut out, surgically removed, just like a boy's foreskin is cut off. The idea is to keep her from that particular "g" spot.
It's an African practice, mostly east Africa, but is done as far north as to southern Egypt.

Disgusting, barbaric and unnecessary, as I think circumcision is.
Maybe these horrible things were okay centuries ago, but, today? Nope.

Female circumcision is barbaric in the extreme. It is done for no other purpose than to reduce sexual pleasure for a woman and increase control over them by her man or family. It is the removal of the clitoris. Many times by non-surgical means.

Unfortunately, young girls (usually Islamic) around the world have been forced to undergo female circumcision. This is when the clitoris and inner labia are cut (with no anestesia) and in some case the labia majora is cut off and they are sewn almost shut with just a small opening.
