
Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Andras T.S. Eder of C Company, 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5 recently recieved a combat meritorious promotion for his service while in Iraq. He was surprised by the selection, getting his new rank insignia pinned by Col. Larry D. Nicholson, RECT-5's commander.

Great story. I've had nothing but good experiences with Army field medics, and it sounds like the Navy guys are just as good.
