I guess we're okay with a few agencies spying on us, but not all of them.

The restrictions were mostly passed into law and signed by a Rat president. They didn't want the government looking into domestic commie groups, etc.

Don't forget the CFR. Which use to mean Council of Foreign Relations but now could just as well stands for McCain's Campaign Fiance Reform Nazis.
