Not so much. There were teens, and there were children in schools. The English did not take their children everywhere with them, as is common practice here in the states. This was twenty years ago, so I don't know what current practice may be.

I saw children, but I was dating the headmistress (effectively, a Principal) of a local public (a misnomer - actually this means private) school.

Iwas there in the nineties thanks to the Air Force and it reminded me of one big nursing home
