Here are the priorities as far as I see them:
1) build a solid border fence from the pacific to the gulf including but not limited to: barbed wire, double fences, attack dogs, electric charges, photo electronic equipment, unmanned drone planes.
2) Shut down and jail all employers AND their illegal employees and fine the employers 1 years worth of net profit.
3) Tax EVERY outgoing paycheck and cash transaction to Mexico by atleast 40%.
My main point was; put the crap back into the RATS lap at this point, deflect the fallout to them, then you gain political cover to get a better border security bill, AND retain control of Congress in 2006!
