Nah, they have several nice new lakes nearby --- to control the fact that the area is completely flat and any local depression --- such as the mall parking lot --- turns into a lake at the slightest rain.

LOL! Back in the 70's TI flew me out to their Lubbock plant to calibrate a machine that I'd invented. While I was inside, a thunderstorm hit. To get to my car, I had to wade through ankle-deep water in the TI parking lot.

In such flat terrain -- where a dip that won't hide a car is called "the big valley" -- water simply can't decide where to go... '-)
