He counter sued, won full custody of HIS child and told her to beat it. I doubt very much he was able to make her "beat it."

I doubt very much he was able to make her "beat it." Oh but the story gets better. She got busted for drugs before AND after all this happened. So yes he was able to tell her to beat it.
