And what percentage of these same "urban teens" were raised by two married parents?

I guess that you get the behavior you promote. From the Bill- Monica mess to the classroom the message is go for it.

Very few, I'm sure. I'd also bet that very few of them were born to someone over 20 years old.

Urban teens This is a bit of a euphemism, no?

I realize he's very promiscuous but I doubt Clinton fathered or raised all these kids.

Thank you ACLU, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and all promoters of the sex, drugs and rock-n-roll culture.
If it feels good do it.
This is what the 1960s was begging for. They got their wish.

Not in this family.
Bill Clinton and Madonna not welcomed. Not MTV. No TV unless mom and dad approve/watch. Know all friends.
Church on Sunday and family dinners at home during the week.

"Sex education and intervention programs should address the risk for the unintended consequences of sexual behavior," Ompad said. If you are 14 and your mom is 28, wouldn't the unintended consequences be evident?

The problem with this is how many teens were telling the truth.
I remember at 15 saying I had lost mine at 15, the truth was it was 17.

I'm fairly confident that he is not the father of each of them.
But I guess that depends upon your definition of "is". :)

Shoot, I was 20. But I wasn't trying very hard. I should have waited longer. That sweet thang is the ruination of a man.

(If you aren't part of the solution, there is good money to be made prolonging the problem.)

And what percentage of these same "urban teens" were raised by two married parents?Although teenage pregnancy is more prevalent among the blacks it is not by any means restricted to that demographic.
A big part of the problem, as I see it, is that these young kids look around and see their older, adult siblings, relatives, and parents bereft of ethics and morals so they, in their callow, misguided, youthful minds, think it's all 'OK', or even 'normal' behavior.

Well, adolescents were engaging in sex prior to 1992, so who do you then blame?
