Exactly what I was thinking as well. How in the world could they think that it wasnt a setup? There is no such thing as being "secret" anymore. Anything you do in private will be out in teh open, for the whole world to see.

I got charged (bogusly, I might add) with and assault and battery and a possesion of marijuana charge back in '97, went to trial, case DISMISSED for lack of evidence (it was bogus and if it wasn't I'd admit it right here) but I've had it bite me in the *ss when looking for work.

Potential employers are the absolute worst for assuming guilt when they find info like this.

And don't even think about vindictive 'significant others' ruining someone elses life out of pure spite with bogus charges of child or spousal abuse.
