House Democrats are fuming now that Cynthia McKinney's police assault case has stolen the spotlight

Earth to Pelosi: the spotlight isn't on McKinney - we all know she's a nut. The spotlight is on Democrat Leadership [you] that insists blowing past a security checkpoint and striking an officer is "no big deal".

What was that Dem National Security Plan again?

Exactly, Pelosi blew it big time when she said that. That's probably why she's so p***ed now.

Dunno. I heard that senators and congressmen frequently walk around the security checkpoint because security personnel recognize them and pass them through.
Point is, Cynthia was not recognized, walked through, failed to respond to the capitol policeman and them proceeded to physically assault him. Then had the audacity to play the race and victim card. Uh-uh! Cynthia shows no class, no common sense, no judgment. Typical 60s spoiled brat.
