Just another day in France, apparently.

I guess all the 20%+ unemployed people in their twenties have a lot of free time. They have their government to thank.

Nice to know that France has bred a generation of Spoiled brats! In a democracy there are not guarantees of a job just the right to compete for one. What idiots - the college students that are protesting haven't learned a thing.

Sort of interesting to watch France self destruct. It's sort of like a bad soap opera - I keep wondering what's going to happen next.
The amazing thing is, most French seem to be convinced that they are the ones doing it right.

I'm watching the mobs now on FOX. Lots of objects being thrown at police officers. I don't see any cars on fire yet.
All this over a proposed law that would have helped youth get a job.

Frank Sinatra / April in Paris
I never knew the charm of spring
I never met it face to face
I never new my heart could sing
I never missed a warm embrace
Till april in paris, chestnuts in blossom
Holiday tables under the trees
April in paris, this is a feeling
That no one can ever reprise
I never knew the charm of spring
I never met it face to face
I never new my heart could sing
I never missed a warm embrace
Till april in paris
Whom can I run to
What have you done to my heart

I'm disappointed in you, MadIvan. From now it is yours and everyone elses duty to post the obligatory picture of the French surrender when posting pathetic articles about the French. ;-) (Snag it for future use, please)
